We started Privvert because the internet's "free file converters" are anything but free. They cost you your privacy. Every PDF you merge, every photo you compress, every audio file you trim on those sites gets uploaded to somebody else's server, scanned, logged, and often quietly retained and sold. We thought Americans - and everyone else - deserved better.

So we built Privvert the right way: a fast, modern web app where every conversion happens locally, on your device, using the same browser you're reading this in. We never see your files because we literally cannot see them. There's no upload endpoint. There's no cloud bucket. There's no "trust us." There's just math, running in your tab.
