Informazioni su questo strumento
Hand a guest a card with a QR code instead of dictating your SSID and a 24-character WPA password. Phones running modern iOS or Android scan the code and connect in one tap - no app, no typing, no "is that a lower-case l or a one?". Perfect for cafés, vacation rentals, offices, AirBnBs, or just a card on the fridge for visiting family.
The QR is generated locally using the standard WIFI: payload format that every modern phone camera recognizes automatically. Your network credentials never touch a server, never go into anyone's database, and aren't logged in any analytics pipeline. The image is built in the browser, downloaded, and that's it.
Because the credentials live inside the image, treat the printout the way you'd treat a Post-it with the password on it: anyone who photographs it can join your network. That's usually fine for guest Wi-Fi (which is what guest Wi-Fi is for), but think twice before printing your main network's credentials and leaving them in a public area.

- Type your network name (SSID) exactly as it appears on the router label.
- Pick the encryption type (WPA/WPA2/WPA3 for almost all home routers) and enter the password.
- Tick the hidden-network box if you've turned off SSID broadcast.
- Set the size and click Download PNG.
- Print or share the image - guests scan with their default camera app.
Tutto avviene all'interno del tuo browser con JavaScript e WebAssembly. I tuoi file non vengono mai caricati su un server, mai memorizzati e mai visti da noi.
Domande frequenti
Yes. Both platforms recognize the standard WIFI: QR payload natively from the camera app. iOS shows a Join Network banner; Android shows a similar prompt. No third-party app needed.
No. The QR code is encoded directly in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, logged or transmitted - the page does the encoding offline once it has loaded.
Use the WPA option. The same payload format works for WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 on modern devices; phones figure out which version the network uses when they connect.
Tick the hidden-network checkbox before generating. The resulting QR tells the phone the network won't broadcast its name, so it won't fail silently when scanning.
Not in this tool. QR codes can tolerate a small center overlay because of error correction, but doing it safely is a manual layout job in something like Figma or Affinity Designer.
