Tip: when adding a logo, keep error correction at "H" so the code stays scannable. Always test with a real phone before printing.

Informazioni su questo strumento

Generate a QR code for any URL, contact card, Wi-Fi credentials, email link, SMS, or arbitrary text - entirely in your browser. Download as PNG or SVG and print, embed in a slide deck, paste into a flyer, or stick on a poster. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is logged, and there's no third-party tracking shortcut baked into the URL.

QR codes are static once printed: they don't expire and don't phone home, but they also can't be edited after the fact. If you need to change where the code points later, link to a URL on a domain you control and update the destination behind that URL rather than the QR itself. For one-off codes like a Wi-Fi password sticker or an event entry, that's overkill - just generate, print, and move on.

Error correction is built into the QR specification: a code with 30% error correction is still readable when nearly a third of the surface is damaged or obscured. The trade-off is that higher correction means a denser pattern. The default in this tool (medium, around 15%) is the right balance for screen and clean print; bump it to high if the code will be printed small or on a surface that might get scratched.

Funzionalità

  • URL, text, Wi-Fi, vCard, email and SMS payloads
  • PNG and SVG export (SVG scales to any size without blur)
  • Adjustable size up to 2048 pixels
  • Four error correction levels (L, M, Q, H)
  • Custom foreground and background colors
  • Runs entirely in your browser - nothing is logged

Come si usa

  1. Pick the QR type from the tabs (URL, text, Wi-Fi, etc.).
  2. Fill in the content - the preview updates as you type.
  3. Adjust the size, error correction level and colors if needed.
  4. Download as PNG (for printing or pasting) or SVG (for scaling cleanly to any size).

Domande frequenti

Do generated QR codes expire?

No. They're static images and work forever, as long as the URL or text inside them is still valid. If you point a QR at a URL that later goes offline, the code itself is still readable - it just leads nowhere.

Can I scan with my phone camera?

Yes. Modern iOS and Android cameras decode QR natively - no app needed. Point the camera and tap the notification that appears.

Why use SVG over PNG?

SVG scales to any size without blur or pixelation, which matters when you're printing a code at poster size or embedding it in a layout tool. PNG is the right pick if you need an image to drop straight into chat or email.

Can I add a logo in the center?

Not in this tool. QR codes can tolerate a small center overlay thanks to error correction, but doing it safely requires manual layout in a design tool. Generate the QR here with high error correction, then overlay your logo in something like Figma or Affinity Designer.
