Om det här verktyget
Draw your signature on a canvas with a mouse, finger or stylus, and place it anywhere on a PDF. Perfect for signing contracts, returning forms, or approving documents without printing, signing, scanning and emailing.
Privvert embeds the signature as a transparent PNG into the PDF page you choose, at the position and size you set. The whole process is in-browser - your contract never leaves your device, which matters when the document contains personal or financial details.
Privvert places a visible drawn or typed signature image into the PDF page at the position you pick. This is a 'visual' signature - it looks like a pen-and-ink scribble on paper - and is appropriate for low-stakes documents like internal forms, NDAs you have already negotiated, and PDFs that just need to look signed. For legally binding electronic signatures (eIDAS in the EU, ESIGN in the US) you also need a cryptographic seal from a qualified trust service provider; that is a different category of tool.

Vanliga frågor
It produces a visual signature, which is accepted for many casual agreements. For high-stakes contracts (real estate, employment, NDAs in regulated industries), use a certified e-signature service like DocuSign that adds a tamper-evident audit trail.
Currently single-page placement. Multi-page batch signing is on the roadmap. For now, repeat the apply step for each page.
Drawing only for now. A typed-signature mode (with handwritten-style fonts) is on the roadmap.
The signature is embedded as a normal page object - it can be removed in a PDF editor like any annotation. For tamper-evident signing, use a certified e-sign service.
In many jurisdictions a typed or drawn signature on a PDF is legally valid for ordinary contracts, but courts may demand additional evidence of intent and identity. For high-stakes documents (real estate, employment, regulated industries) use a qualified e-signature provider that adds a tamper-evident cryptographic certificate.
Yes - any visible signature is just pixels in the file. If you are concerned, see the redaction article for related issues, and consider sending the document as a flattened image instead of a PDF.
